Tier List

Finish It Upgrade Priority

The F2P ladder that mirrors the gamepass tier list without spending Robux.

Upgrade Priority

Not everyone will buy Infinite Spray. Everyone still needs a spend order. This page ranks cash (and gem) upgrades by the same criterion as the gamepass tier list: minutes saved per wall. Use the upgrade planner as a session checklist; use this page to understand why the planner is rude about skins.

S — buy every time you can afford a rank

Spray capacity / power. More coat per tank, fewer walks to refill. This is the F2P Infinite Spray. If the shop splits “capacity” and “spread,” take capacity first so how to plaster stays in strips instead of stipple.

Movement speed. The F2P More Speed. Jumping scaffolds without it feels like a different game.

A — buy once spray and speed are not embarrassing

Carrying capacity. The F2P Infinite Plates. Interior sessions change when you stop making five trips per room.

Turret unlocks / turret ammo. The F2P Infinite Turrets. One turret on a long exterior is worth more than three turrets stacked on the front door. Solo playstyle assumes at least one.

B — situational

Gem multipliers or gem sinks that copy x2 Gems. Take them if a turret rank is gem-priced and you are sitting on cash you cannot convert.

Team or VIP-like cash shop perks if they exist in a later patch. Until updates say so, do not assume a “VIP” row is in the cash shop.

C — after the house looks white

Paint unlocks / extra colors. Copies More Colors. Fun, late.

Trowel cosmetics. If a skin for the blade appears, it is still a trowel. Technique > texture.

D — ignore during progression

Avatar or gun skins that copy Galaxy Skin. Buy them with leftover cash after a completion screenshot.

How to spend a code (when one exists)

Dump it into S-tier. Do not “treat yourself” to D-tier because it was free. How to redeem and codes cover the box; this page covers the aftermath.

Co-op spend etiquette

If four friends all dump cash into speed and nobody buys a turret, you have a very fast conga line. Diversify: one carry specialist, one turret babysitter, two sprayers. Co-op roles names those jobs.

Patch caution

Shop labels can change. The 2 September 2026 update already proved Moonrise is iterating. If a row named “Power” appears, test it on a wall before you assume it is spray S-tier. Then come back and we will rename the row here. For historical store adds, see store history.

The point of a priority list is to stop you from standing in the shop. Buy one rank, close the menu, finish a surface from the house checklist. Repeat until how to finish the house is a victory lap, not a threat.

Shop-UI traps

New rows often sit at the top with a “NEW” badge. New is not S-tier. If a row does not extend spray time, walk speed, carry, or turret count, it is not your next click. Limited-time skins use the same trick. Walk out.

If the shop is a long list on mobile, screenshot this priority and scroll with intent. Accidental color purchases happen in portrait — another reason controls wants landscape.

Measuring a rank

After a purchase, finish one named surface. If the tank still dies mid-strip, you bought the wrong row or a tiny rank. If you arrived at the pool stairs twice as fast, speed worked. If interiors still mean five trips, carry did not rank high enough. Measurement beats vibes. Log it mentally, then follow the upgrade planner instead of improvising rank four.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for Finish It players.

What should I upgrade first in Finish It?

Spray capacity or power, then movement speed, then carrying capacity.

Are cash upgrades as good as gamepasses?

They climb the same ladder more slowly. Passes are skips, not a different tree.

Should I save for turrets?

After spray and speed feel fine. Turrets are A-tier, not a first buy.

When do I buy colors?

When walls are already plastered and smoothed. Paint is a finish pass, not a farm pass.
