Finish It How to Finish the House
A completion route for the unfinished home — exteriors, rooms, pool, and last paint.
The joke in the title is the mission: the house is almost done, and you are the last crew on site. This walkthrough is a completion route, not a first-hour tutorial. If you still fumble the hopper gun, read getting started and how to plaster first. Keep the house checklist open in another tab and tick rooms as they go white.
Recommended order
- Ground-floor exteriors. They teach the gun, they photograph well, and they stop the lot looking abandoned from spawn.
- Upper exteriors / scaffold walls. Do them before you are tired of jumping. Buy speed first.
- Largest interior. Kitchens, tiled rooms, and any space with lots of plate bosses. This is where carrying upgrades pay off.
- Hallways and leftovers. Small surfaces are easy to skip and then hunt at 95% completion.
- Pool. Treat it as a boss: floor, walls, stairs, shine. The cracked concrete screenshot exists because this job is supposed to feel huge.
- Paint and decorate pass. Colors last so you never paint a wall you still need to plaster.
Skip around only if co-op partners already claimed a zone. Stealing their wall is slower for the team even if it is faster for your ego. Co-op roles include a caller who owns the order above.
Turrets as a completion tool
Infinite Turrets (or a finite turret count if you have not bought the pass) belong on long, flat exteriors and pool walls — anywhere a human would get bored. You take interiors and edges. If you turret the tiny hallway, you wasted a slot. Placement theory also sits on the upgrade planner.
Resource plan for a completion run
You want spray uptime, plates, and speed before you attempt a “one-session finish.” Infinite Spray plus More Speed is the honest combo. Infinite Plates matters once interiors start. More Colors is for the last 10%. Galaxy Skin does not finish a stud of plaster. x2 Gems helps if a turret or plate upgrade is gem-priced. VIP is comfort. All Gamepasses is the Robux nuke if you would have bought them anyway.
Cash route remains how to earn money. Do not start a completion run broke.
20-player chaos
A full server can theoretically complete the house quickly and usually does not, because everyone sprays the front. Walk to the back, the interior, or the pool. Call your zone in chat. If nobody listens, play as if you were solo: turret plus one room, then the next. Solo playstyle still applies in a crowd.
Last 10% problems
The last 10% is missed edges, the underside of stairs, pool steps, and one interior wall behind furniture. Walk the lot in a spiral. Crouch and look up. Switch to trowel even when you “know” a wall is done — the trowel reveals ridges your eye skipped.
If you cannot find the last unfinished surface, cycle tools and watch the HUD for incomplete-job markers if the current patch shows them. Then do a paint-only lap so decoration is consistent. Completion is a visual standard as much as a progress bar.
After the house is done
Take the screenshot. Check updates for new lots, passes, or cosmetics. Re-read codes in case a completion event code dropped. If Moonrise adds another building, this same order will still work: exteriors, interiors, special feature (pool), paint.
You do not need a script to finish it. You need a route, a trowel, and the stubbornness the title asks for.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers for Finish It players.
What should I finish first in the house?
Ground-floor exteriors, then high walls, then the largest interior, then leftovers, then the pool, then paint.
Is the pool required?
If it is on your lot, yes for a full finish. Treat it as a late-session job, not a tutorial.
Can friends help me complete faster?
Yes, if you split zones. Stacking on one wall is slower. See co-op roles.
How do I find the last unfinished spot?
Spiral the lot, check stairs and pool steps, and trowel walls you think are done to reveal ridges.
