Finish It Upgrade Planner
A shopping sequence you can follow without reopening the whole tier list.
Open the shop, buy the next row on this page, close the shop, finish a surface. That is the whole planner. Reasons live on the upgrade tier list and the gamepass ranking. This page is only the order so you stop browsing skins mid-strip.
F2P cash path
- Spray capacity or power — whatever lets the hopper run longer.
- Movement speed — scaffolds and interiors.
- Repeat 1 and 2 until neither feels awful.
- Carrying capacity / plates.
- First turret unlock, then turret ammo.
- Gem sinks only if a turret or plate rank is gem-priced.
- Paint / extra colors.
- Cosmetics, including anything that looks like Galaxy Skin.
Stop after each rank and complete one item on the house checklist. If you chain five shop buys, you are playing the shop.
Robux path (three-pass budget)
- Infinite Spray (199 Robux)
- More Speed (49 Robux)
- Infinite Turrets (249) if you solo — plant with turret placement — or Infinite Plates (179) if interiors are the pain. Galaxy Skin (399) and More Colors (49) wait; see skins and colors.
Five-pass budget: add the other of turrets/plates, then x2 Gems only if you actually see gem gates. Skip VIP, More Colors, and Galaxy Skin until a completion screenshot exists. All Gamepasses is allowed when the bundle is cheaper than the S/A passes you already decided to buy.
Co-op path
Do not all follow the same three-pass budget. One friend takes plates, one takes turrets, everyone else copies F2P spray/speed. Co-op roles names the buyer so four people are not in the shop at once.
Codes and the planner
When a code hits codes, redeem it with how to redeem, then inject the cash at the highest unfinished step above. Free money is still S-tier money.
After a patch
If store history or the updates hub adds a pass, insert it by function: ammo → S, walk → S, carry → A, auto-work → A, gems → B, comfort → C, look → D. Do not put a new skin in slot 1 because it is new.
Anti-goals
- Buying More Colors because the brick is ugly. The brick is ugly because it is not plastered. Read how to plaster.
- Saving for All Gamepasses while playing with an empty tank.
- Using a script as a planner. That is not a plan.
When the planner’s last row is cosmetics, you have graduated. Go finish the pool.
Worked example (first two hours)
Hour one: two spray ranks and one speed rank, three exterior strips trowelled. Hour two: one carry rank if interiors started, otherwise another speed rank and a turret if the shop offers it. You should not own a color pack. You should not own Galaxy Skin. You should have at least one named surface ticked on the house checklist.
If hour two ended in the shop comparing VIP to x2 Gems, you failed the planner. Close it, spray the back wall, and only reopen after cash from a finished face. The planner is a sequence, not a catalogue you window-shop.
When to break the sequence
Break it only if a patch on updates nerfs spray or buffs paint payouts. Then rerank using the S-A-B-C-D function list, not a thumbnail. Co-op can also break the sequence if your role is runner — then plates jump ahead of personal speed. That exception is written on co-op roles, not an excuse to buy a skin “for morale.”
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers for Finish It players.
What do I buy first in Finish It?
Spray uptime, then speed. Everything else waits.
I only have enough for one gamepass. Which?
Infinite Spray.
Should the whole co-op party buy the same passes?
No. Spread plates and turrets. Everyone still wants spray or speed.
Where does VIP fit?
Near the end. It does not coat walls.
